By placing an order on www.babymacshop.com.au, you grant us permission to add your contact details to our customer database. From time to time, we may contact you about new products or special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in our emails or by contacting us at addtocartbabymac@gmail.com.

Liability

Add to Cart is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this website or any linked website.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without notice. In the event of cancellation, all reasonable attempts will be made to contact you using the details provided, and any funds received will be refunded using the original payment method.

Delivery

Delivery times provided by Add to Cart are estimates only. We cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage arising from late deliveries.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Add to Cart cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

Delivery is available within Australia and New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to other international destinations.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars at the time of purchase.

Sale Returns

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items.
Sale purchases are final — no returns, exchanges, refunds or credit will be offered unless the item is faulty.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Add to Cart Gift Cards, which are sold and redeemable only at www.babymacshop.com.au.
Gift Cards cannot be sold or promoted without the prior written consent of Add to Cart. Any marketing material referencing Add to Cart or its Gift Cards must be approved in writing.

By purchasing, activating, using or attempting to use an Add to Cart Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You warrant that you will comply with all applicable laws and will not use the Gift Card in any unlawful, misleading or deceptive manner.
If you are gifting a card to another person, please ensure they are aware of these terms and the expiry date.

Add to Cart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Purchasing a Gift Card

  • Add to Cart Gift Cards can only be purchased online at www.babymacshop.com.au.

  • Once purchased, the Gift Card will be issued in PDF form and emailed to the nominated recipient.

  • Gift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can be purchased in a range of values listed on our website.

  • The minimum and maximum load amounts may change from time to time.

  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded once purchased.

  • Add to Cart is not liable for any Gift Cards purchased through unauthorised online auction or resale sites.

Redeeming a Gift Card

  • Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at www.babymacshop.com.au.

  • Any value redeemed will be deducted from the available balance.

  • If your purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by another payment method.

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, unused balances cannot be reactivated or redeemed.

  • No additional value can be added once a Gift Card has been purchased.

  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash advances will be made.

  • You can use your Gift Card across multiple transactions until the balance reaches $0 or the card expires.

Transaction Information

You can check your Gift Card balance by visiting the checkout at www.babymacshop.com.au and entering your Gift Card code (as shown on your emailed PDF).

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your Gift Card like cash.
Add to Cart Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged.

We reserve the right to place a stop on your Gift Card if:
(a) you report it as lost, stolen or damaged; or
(b) we reasonably believe it is being used contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Add to Cart may amend its policies on lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards at any time. Updates will be published on our website.

Errors and Complaints

If you believe an incorrect amount has been deducted from your Gift Card, please contact us within 90 days of the transaction date at hello@babymacshop.com.au. 

If a transaction is not disputed within 90 days, Add to Cart may refuse a refund at its discretion.
