Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase — and we’ll do our best to make that happen!

Exchanges
If you’ve purchased clothing and the sizing isn’t quite right, just email us at hello@babymacshop.com.au to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
You’ll need to return the original item to us at your own cost, and we’ll send out the new size once received.
Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds
We accept refunds or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
If you simply change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund once the item has been returned in its original, unused condition. Return postage is at your expense.

Requesting a Return
Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us via email at hello@babymacshop.com.au and we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, including:

• Skincare

• Used hand creams or lotions

• Earrings

• Clothing or fashion items that have been worn
