These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through Add to Cart at www.babymacshop.com.au
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — it simply acknowledges that we have received your order.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the secure checkout on our website.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders received before 12pm (AEDT) are fulfilled the same day.
Orders received after 12pm are shipped the following business day.
We offer flat rate shipping and Express Post options as detailed in our Shipping Policy
Delivery times provided are estimates only; Add to Cart cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on exchanges, refunds and exclusions.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to differences in screen settings or photography.

6. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, Add to Cart may offer promotional discounts or free shipping codes.
Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively and are valid only for the period specified.
Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only, unless stated otherwise.

7. Liability

Add to Cart is not liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of our products beyond what is required by Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is found to be defective, our obligation is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the item.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
