Shipping policy

Order Fulfilment
Orders received by 12pm (AEDT) will be fulfilled and dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the following business day.
Please note: no orders are fulfilled on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $12.50 flat rate (Australia-wide)

  • Express Post: $18 flat rate (Australia-wide)
    Express Post orders follow the same fulfilment schedule as above.

  • New Zealand Shipping:

    • Standard: $25

    • Express Post: $45

Delivery & Tracking
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the courier details.
You can use this number to track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

Delivery Confirmation
Please note that Add to Cart does not offer refunds or replacements for items once our courier service has provided evidence that a parcel has been delivered.

Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, Add to Cart may offer free shipping promotions.
Please note that free shipping applies only to standard shipping. Express Post is not included in these promotions.
