Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Add to Cart.

2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Add to Cart and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period
   The giveaway commences at 7:00am (AEDT) on Monday 21 October 2025 and closes at 7:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday 22 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter
   To enter, simply place an order through the Add to Cart website during the Promotion Period.
   Each order placed during this time automatically qualifies as one entry into the draw.

5. Prize
   There is one (1) prize consisting of a $700 Add to Cart gift voucher.

   • The voucher is valid for use only on the Add to Cart website.

   • The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
     

6. Winner Selection & Notification
   The winner will be drawn at random after the Promotion Period ends.
   The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days of the draw.
   If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

   • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

   • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

   • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

   • The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect entry.

8. Privacy
   Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Add to Cart’s privacy policy.

9. Liability
   Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
